SWO Netz has been expanding a powerful and energy-efficient wireless network for several years now: LoRaWAN. It can be used to connect numerous applications to the Internet of Things (IoT), efficiently collect data and control processes. It thus forms the basis for a smart city and advances digitalization in Osnabrück. 
During this special city tour, you will experience the Smart City Osnabrück  "hands-on". Together we will look at numerous practical IoT use cases in the cityscape: Traffic monitoring, lighting control, groundwater level measurement and much more.
