Parkrun Rubbenbruchsee

Parkrun is a free, worldwide, all-volunteer run and walk movement. Parkruns take place all over the world every Saturday at 9:00 am.

The emphasis is on the fun of exercise. Run or walk, fast or leisurely, it doesn't matter. The course is 5km long.

The Rubbenbruchsee parkrun team looks forward to welcoming you too.

It always starts at 9 am on Saturdays at Café Rubbenbruchsee.
