Grup Akasya

Grup Akasya has been combining Turkish art music (Türk Sanat Müziği) and contemporary music (Modern Türk Müziği) for a long time. Ibrahim Karaman and Rasit Altinocagi enchant their audience with an authentic and impressive mixture of performance, singing, keyboard and kanun - the ancient wooden instrument with 63 to 84 strings. The two musicians traditionally take part in Çanakkale Day.
