In the jubilee "375 Years of Peace of Westphalia", the city of Osnabrück wants to promote supra-regional and international cooperation between young people and thus actively strengthens networks of youth - a peace work that could not be more important at the moment.

At the end of the anniversary program, 50 young people from international countries and from Osnabrück will be invited to a one-week dialogue forum in the City of Peace from October 28 to November 4: In a Youth Peace Lab, they will be brought together with diplomats and experts from the Global Diplomacy Lab network. The format is sponsored by the German Federal Foreign Office.

For this special final format, we are looking for 15 sponsors from the business community to support the Youth Peace Lab as part of a youth sponsorship.

With a contribution of 3,750 euros, your company can take on a sponsorship. Your contribution will be invested in particular in costs for accommodation and meals for the participants: Two particularly important points that help the young people feel comfortable and in good hands during the project period in Osnabrück.

In addition, donations in kind are also possible, for example in the form of the provision of premises or other infrastructure, transportation, etc.

We will gladly issue a donation receipt.

As a youth sponsor, your company will be visible in the context of public relations for the Youth Peace Lab. In addition, young people from your company or partner companies from abroad can of course apply to participate in the Lab. In addition to the internal workshop program, there will also be a public social program, to which you are of course cordially invited.

The most important facts about the Youth Peace Lab in brief:

• Period: October 28 to November 4, 2023

• Cooperation partners: German Foundation for Peace Research, Round / Young Table of Religions, DAAD (German Academic Exchange Service) and others
